Our client is a well-loved women's fashion brand specialising in sleepwear and lingerie. We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our Joondalup boutique.

What you'll be responsible for
* Leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Driving store performance, budgets and KPIs with your team
* Coaching and mentoring team members through real‐time feedback
* Managing day‐to‐day store operations and stock flow processes
* Executing strong visual merchandising with a merchant mentality

* Previous retail leadership experience at Manager level

* Visual merchandising, fitting and styling experience
