You will be responsible for:Supporting Franchise Partners primarily across stores in South Australia as well as other Interstate Market(s), including regional stores to drive sales and engage with our brand, products, display, presentation and customers dailyPartnering with our Franchise Partners to execute the individual business strategiesSupporting New Store Openings as part of our growing networkCompleting store audits, providing industry leading coaching and training to address development areasEnsuring obligations to legal, WH&S, Fair Work, Food Safety, policies and procedures are coached and trained on, then consistently met in the storesAssisting with the onboarding and training of new Franchise PartnersPartnering with Franchise Partners to measure success and manage local area marketingSupporting the recruitment of in-store team members as requiredBuilding long lasting, supportive and professional relationships with all stakeholders within the regionWhat You’ll Need to SucceedTo be considered for this role you will need food and coffee retail experience and be passionate about coaching and developing.
