Your role
Responsibilities
* Providing nursing care across Aged Care, Critical Care & Emergency, Medical, and Perioperative settings as part of the 2026 Graduate Nurse Program.
* Practicing collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
* Communicating effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels.
* Participating in evidence-based practice and research activities.
* Maintaining high standards of patient care and adhering to organisational policies.
* Engaging in regular debriefing and utilising e-learning resources for ongoing development.
About you
Qualifications
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions.
* Sound understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Registered Nurse.
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels.
* Ability to practice collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* Knowledge of and involvement in evidence-based practice and research activities.
* Commitment to ongoing education and professional development to ensure working within current scope of practice.
* Excellent organisational skills, particularly with respect to time management.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and computer skills at the level required to fulfil the role.
Compensation & benefits
* Permanent part-time contract (48–64 hours per fortnight).
