About the role
We are looking for a trade qualified carpenter to join our team on a Permanent Full-time basis. This position will work across the Mid North Coast, primarily Taree, Wingham, Forster, Tuncurry and Gloucester.
Reporting to the Maintenance Area Supervisor you will take pride in your work by providing a professional and quality standard of repair and installation of building products to our tenants. Working as part of a larger team you will demonstrate a flexible approach to your work by your willingness to undertaking a range of general maintenance tasks including:
* Fixing & Finishing Carpentry
* Roof and ceiling repairs
* Patching & Painting
* Repairing and replacing timber decks, balustrades, steps and pergolas.
* Small Concreting jobs
* Door and window maintenance
* Residential property maintenance
About You
* Trade qualified carpenter or joiner with hands- on experience and an excellent understanding of carpentry techniques
* Ability to read technical documents and drawings
* An eye for detail and the ability to work at a low margin of error
* NSW unrestricted driver's license with satisfactory driving record
* White card
