What we're looking for:
o Previous experience in a senior or facility management role - AGED CARE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
o A strong leader who builds trust, leads by example and brings out the best in their team
o Someone who truly values person centred care and a positive resident experience
o Sound knowledge of aged care standards, compliance and sector requirements
o Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across clinical, care, support, hospitality and maintenance
o Candidates from both clinical and non-clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
