Tracc Civil is an industry leading civil construction company based in Bibra Lake, delivering high-quality projects across the Perth Metropolitan Area.
We're looking for experienced Leading Hands to join our Inground crews, working on installation of sewer, stormwater drainage, water and gas mains across civil subdivisions and commercial plumbing projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Install sewer, stormwater and service pipework
* Oversee trench excavation and assist with installations
* Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to keep jobs on track
* Lead by example and coach your team for safety, quality and efficiency
* Ensure optimal use of resources and promote Tracc's values on-site

Key Requirements
* Construction White Card (or ability to obtain - 1 day course)
* Drivers Licence
* Solid understanding of construction plans, plant operations, and HSEQ standards
* Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts and make sound decisions
* Proven leadership and hands-on civil construction experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Competent with email communication and site-based digital systems
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test
