The Role

We’re seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join the team in our Forest Hill Store in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving business success through thoughtful team leadership, smooth operations, and delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience. You’ll bring experience managing teams, with a focus on maintaining store presentation, product management, and day-to-day operational excellence. This is a permanent part-time position offering 32 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday .

You’ll excel in this role if you enjoy:

* Proven experience in boutique or premium retail management
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail in maintaining store standards and presentation
* Ability to manage daily operations efficiently and proactively
