- $70-90k + super dependent on experience

Our Client is a software company that specialises in Property & Real Estate. They are currently on the hunt for their next talented Customer & Technical Support to join their thriving and growing team!

Having experienced rapid growth, our Client is looking for someone who has great communication skills, enjoys liaising with new clients, and onboarding them smoothly to ensure they are achieving success through our Client's platform. They will also be their point of contact for any technical queries thereafter

**About You**
- Ideally you have previously worked in a client-facing technical support role - relationships are key!
- Experience working with SaaS/CRMs or similar and have worked to onboard new customers
- You will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of troubleshooting, and solving technical problems for our clients
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with the import and management of client data
- Experience in the real estate sales, leasing, or property development sector is desirable but not essential

- Excellent written and oral communication skills - you'll need to communicate technical topics to a range of different users in terms they will understand!
- Highly organised, time management skills, prioritisation & strong attention to detail
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot and actively follow up customer issues
- Working in various administrative and client support aspects of the business
- Work with clients to help prepare and manage data in Excel for import into their software packages
- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding phase and implement measures to improve the customer experience
- Share customer feedback with the product teams to help inform development priorities
