Office Manager
Responsibilities
* Participating in planning and evaluation of administrative services, setting priorities and defining service delivery standards.
* Distributing human resources, physical space and necessary equipment for office operations.
* Delegating tasks to staff and supervising team performance.
* Managing office records and financial accounts.
* Communicating with professionals to coordinate administrative matters and support problem resolution.
* Ensuring availability and proper maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
* Monitoring compliance with workplace health & safety regulations.
* Ensuring that work practices align with applicable legislation, government policies, and procedures.
* Coordinating personnel-related activities such as recruitment, promotions, performance evaluation, payroll, training and supervision.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* At least 3 years of full‐time experience in administrative leadership positions.
* At least a Diploma or 3 years of experience (equivalent).
