It manages external, digital and internal communications, and delivers ASIC's consumer education and Moneysmart.
This role sits in the Corporate Affairs team in the CCA Group, which is accountable for consumer communications, including Moneysmart, and CCA's strategy.
From 2025, ASIC's Moneysmart program, which was accessed by more than 11 million Australians last year, will start delivering a new ongoing program to ensure Australians have easy access to independent, reliable information on superannuation and retirement through new consumer education campaigns, content and tools.
The roleAs The Content Design Lead, You WillLead the development and implementation of Moneysmart's content strategy, using insights from financial segmentation, modelling, and user research.Guide content creators to craft clear, user-centred digital content across various formats, including website copy, video content, campaigns, product interfaces, and newsletters.Oversee a major review and refresh of MoneySmart's content to boost Australians' engagement with superannuation and retirement.Enhance content design processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a cohesive user experience across all Moneysmart channels.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, aligning content and communications strategies to amplify Moneysmart's impact.About YouWith at least eight years of experience in user-centred content design, you bring expertise in content strategy, SEO, UX design, and digital content creation.
You have worked with enterprise CMS platforms and design systems, and you understand how to translate complex financial concepts into engaging, accessible content.
Your ability to use data insights and analytics to optimise content performance sets you apart, and experience with technical SEO, core web vitals, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics will be highly regarded.
Beyond your technical skills, you are a strategic leader and creative thinker who can rally stakeholders around a vision and bring it to life at speed.
You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and can manage projects through ambiguity with a calm and logical approach.
