About the Role
* Respond to phone, email, text and online enquiries, qualifying customers, booking showroom appointments and keeping all details updated in the CRM.
* Create a welcoming showroom experience where clients feel supported and inspired from their first visit through to final stone selection.
* Guide clients through the gallery with tailored walkthroughs, asking the right questions to understand their project and recommending suitable stone options.
* Build strong relationships with designers and architects through studio visits, sample updates and regular, professional follow-up.
* Proactively follow up with clients to confirm next steps, answer questions and keep project details and communications up to date.
* Handle day-to-day admin including invoicing, deposits, stock holds and releases, CRM maintenance and basic reporting.
* Maintain a premium showroom and warehouse presentation, ensuring samples, displays and layouts are always immaculate.
* Work closely with internal teams to prepare slabs for viewings, coordinate displays and contribute to ongoing sales and marketing discussions.
