Responsibilities
* All Fiat Currency Operations: Managed end to end big corporation organizations and US Dollar trading management
* Onboard new Corporate Clients. Manage relationships with existing payment partners, while supporting the evaluation and onboarding of new partners to expand and strengthen our Fiat infrastructure.
* Design, build, and maintain relationship/performance of Fiat payment channels.
* Manage key performance metrics related to full Fiat operations.
* Contribute to the rollout of new business initiatives related to Fiat operations.
* Support data growth strategies, identify opportunities to enhance conversion rates within payment flows, and implement risk mitigation measures
Requirements
* Ability to proactively identify operational inefficiencies and user friction points without relying on detailed guidance.
* Must be capable of designing and executing data-driven optimization initiatives that enhance process efficiency and overall user experience.
* Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently develop and implement strategies focused on user acquisition, conversion, and retention. Should demonstrate end-to-end execution skills, from insight generation to measurable impact on user growth.
* Bilingual English and Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
