We are the largest local bottle shop in Australia, operating 1,450 stores across the country and employing over 10,000 people. We need a leader who lives our values and creates an engaging store culture. As Store Manager, you will inspire and develop our team to deliver outstanding customer and sales performance.

* Empower, inspire and develop the store team to achieve goals and deliver on performance.
* Promote a customer‐centric, safety‐first culture with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Complete and delegate daily tasks across inventory management, housekeeping and team leadership, focusing on driving sales and achieving budgets.
* Leverage people skills to deliver the best customer and team experience.
* Identify and deliver growth opportunities, business objectives and key performance indicators.
* Uphold service‐of‐alcohol guidelines.
* Inspire customers and the local community by tailoring the store's presentation and activities.

* Experience in a fast‐paced retail or hospitality environment and a cooperative approach to problem‐solving.
* Strong people skills, attention to detail and the ability to deliver results.
