A dynamic opportunity for an Assets professional to make meaningful impact.

We are seeking an experienced Asset Lifecycle Coordinator to join SuniTAFE, who'll play a key role in managing and safeguarding the Institute's physical assets across all campuses. Based at the Mildura Campus, the role will be in the forefront of operating the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS), support preventative and breakdown maintenance planning, and ensure asset records, compliance and reporting meet regulatory and institutional standards.

Reporting to the Manager – Facilities & Assets, this role will supervise Asset Support Officers, manage and administer SuniTAFE residences whilst supporting a positive and inclusive team culture, and collaborating closely with Facilities, Café and academic stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

* Lead as the system owner for the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS), ensuring seamless process compliance, milestone achievement, and best-practice asset management.

* Design and implement the Asset Management Framework, including maintenance schedules that keep our assets performing at their best.

* Develop, implement, and maintain EAMS policies and procedures, conduct regular system audits, and deliver staff training to ensure effective use and compliance.

* Maintain accurate, regulatory-compliant asset records, and create dashboards and reports to monitor asset performance, lifecycle costs, and maintenance efficiency.

* Integrate Work Health and Safety (WHS) and environmental compliance into all asset management workflows.

* Manage SuniTAFE residences, overseeing policy development, day-to-day operations, and compliance to create safe and welcoming environments.

* Supervise Asset Support Officer(s), providing clear task delegation, performance management, and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.

* Participate in the rostered on-call rotation, responding to after-hours asset and facility emergencies to keep our campuses running smoothly.

* Provide proactive support and strategic recommendations to the Manager – Facilities and Assets, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
