Who we are: Your Care is a local home and community support provider. As a registered NDIS provider we support people in the Bendigo and Castlemaine communities who are living with a disability and/or ageing.
This is an excellent opportunity for University or TAFE students who are studying within the Nursing or Allied Health field to work within industry while studying.

Tasks and Responsibilities
* Assist clients to remain living independently in their own home and community.
* Provide assistance with self‐care, showering, dressing and positioning.
* Assist in the community (e.g., appointments & grocery shopping).
* Develop skills, prompt and motivate clients.
* Perform light domestic duties.
Qualifications & Experience
* Hold a minimum Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability Support, or be currently enrolled in university/TAFE in Nursing or Allied Health.
* Valid Flu shot.
* Proof from Medicare required.
* Hold a current minimum Level 2 First Aid Certificate & CPR or be prepared to obtain.
* Recently (within 3 months) hold a National Police Check.
* Current Working with Children Check.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Own a road‐worthy vehicle, Australian Driver's Licence and comprehensive car insurance.
* Own a smartphone.

* Job Type: Casual.
* Pay: $38.00 – $76.00 per hour.
* Expected hours: 5 – 38 per week.
* Schedule: Shift work.
* Supplementary Pay: Penalty rates.
* Education: Certificate I – IV (preferred).
* Work Authorisation: Australia (required).
* Work Location: On the road.
