Ideally you will be someone who is looking to expand on your administration and customer service skillset and acquire new skills in scheduling. **Description**
- Build and maintain client, customer and contractor relationships.
- Schedule and maintain appointments with technicians.
- Generate reports, invoices, quotes, and timesheet data entry.
**As an ideal applicant, you will have;**
- You enjoy building relationships with clients, trades and customers.
- Have well-developed customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and have the ability to multitask various requests.
- Driven with a "can-do" attitude to meet and exceed KPI's.
- Enjoys working in a team environment in a collaborative approach.
- Well-developed computer skills such as Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Word and Microsoft Teams.
- If you have experience with MYOB, Prime and Ascora, highly desirable.
