About the role
This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Midwifery and Antenatal Program, along with broader services within the Child, Youth and Families Division, based in Orange. As a valued member of a supportive and friendly team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient and professional operation of our services.
In this role, you will take ownership of coordinating, prioritising and monitoring day-to-day administrative workflow to uphold high standards of accountability, quality and service delivery. You will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support, including diary management, travel arrangements, payroll and leave processing, and managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Success in this position also relies on your ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff across the division, supporting collaboration and promoting a positive, respectful and effective workplace culture.
