We are currently recruiting for a motivated, flexible, self-starter to join our team as an AssistantSales Manager at our Prestige Dealership in Doncaster. This role will be assisting with selling pre-owned luxury cars.
About the opportunity:
This role will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager with overseeing stock, reporting, and data analysis to ensure effective operations and growth. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
* Achievelong and short term sales, gross andprofit objectives
* Ensure that all CRM scores are at benchmark or better
* Ensure the Sales process is being closely monitored and controlled
* Ensure Dealer Sockets diary is up to date. Prospecting potential new clients through telephone and other marketing techniques
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales to delivery process.
* On every occasion ensure that all interactions by thedealership are of the highest standard, both internally andexternally
About you:
Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:
* Extensive experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry
* Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding negotiation skills
* Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
* Knowledge of motor dealership systems
* Conflict resolution skills
* Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
