We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Registered Nurses with a strong background in acute clinical care and middle management to join our team as a Relieving After-Hours Coordinator.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years acute clinical experience and 3 years middle management experience, and will be part of an upskilling program that includes comprehensive orientation, structured upskilling and mentorship from experienced After-Hours Coordinators.
The program is designed to provide the necessary skills and knowledge for the candidate to transition into this role and become a skilled and confident Relieving After-Hours Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality patient care and support
* Coordinating after-hours services and responding to emergencies
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve best practice
* Participating in professional development and training
Requirements:
* A National Criminal Police Check must be completed
* Additional checks may be required depending on the role
