How will you make an impact?
* Analytics delivery: Contribute to analytics engagements by delivering end‐to‐end analysis – from data preparation and exploration through to insight generation and presentation.
* Technical execution: Build analytical solutions using statistical methods, data science techniques, and AI tools to solve complex business problems.
* AI‐powered ways of working: Apply AI and automation to improve efficiency and streamline workflows, helping clients move from intuition to evidence‐based decision‐making.
* Clear communication: Communicate findings through presentations, dashboards, and visualisations for both technical and non‐technical audiences.
* Quality and rigour: Apply quality assurance practices and maintain organised documentation of methodologies and outputs.

What You'll Bring To The Team
* Experience: circa 3 years of experience in an analytics or data‐related role.
* Technical proficiency: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, SQL), with familiarity in data preparation, exploration, and analysis.
* Analytical thinking: Sound understanding of statistical concepts and analytical techniques with a natural flair for problem solving.
* Attention to detail: Strong commitment to quality and accuracy in everything you deliver.
* Communication skills: Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences.
* Collaborative spirit: A genuine team player who works effectively with colleagues and client stakeholders at all levels.
