The Client Relations & Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution from initial consultation to installation. They act as the bridge between clients, production teams, and subcontractors – maintaining timely progress, informed clients, and meticulous organization.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional client experiences during showroom and design consultations.
* Assist clients in selecting colours, materials, and finishes that bring their vision to life.
* Conduct preliminary consultations and evaluate clients to ensure project alignment.
* Coordinate project schedules, liaising with subcontractors, production, and clients for timely completion.
* Manage daily emails, directing them to relevant personnel.
* Maintain open communication with clients throughout the sales and installation process.
* Ensure accurate data management in CRM for client and project information.
* Handle Xero accounting, invoicing, and accounts entry tasks.
* Foster lasting relationships through post-installation follow-ups to guarantee client satisfaction.
