Brisbane City Council is one of the largest local government areas in Australia and delivers a broad portfolio of services to residents, businesses and visitors.
To facilitate and enact changes necessary to support Council's strategic objectives, an Enterprise and Resource Planning (ERP) and Digital program of works has been defined and approved for delivery.

- My Services Project
- Future Development Services Enablement - Workload Management System Replacement Program
- ERP Customer & Digital Delivery Stream - CRM and Community Experience Discovery Project Initiatives

**Roles' Overview**:

All 3 roles require the successful development and delivery of change strategies and plans, appropriate for the scope of work associated with the allocated projects. Using a consultative approach to engage internal stakeholders and working collaboratively with the Project Manager and Business Process Owners.

**Duties**:

- Clearly identifying all stakeholders and the impact of the solution on their respective area.
- Strategic planning of the OCM for the project/s, followed by the execution of the OCM deliverables.
- Identification of the OCM risks, issues and the recommendations and delivery of mitigation strategies.
- Working with the Project Manager and the Business Process Owners and proxies to ensure strategies and activities are consistent with Council's values.
- Development of key messaging and communications including facilitation of senior stakeholder

**Skills & Experience**:

- Extensive change management experience, including building relationships, coaching, and facilitating constructive conversations that challenge the status quo, and promote adoption of new behaviours, mindsets, and practices.
- Experience in large scale digital and/or ERP transformation projects within the Local/State/Federal Government or within a large corporate environment.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and effectively build relationships and communicate to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering strategies and plans to support human performance throughout change.
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills, as well as strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
