We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Airport Experience Coordinators. This role involves helping guests navigate the airport, checking them in, and ensuring all their documentation is correct.
Key Responsibilities
* Help guests check in and manage their documentation
* Rebook flights and provide support during disruptions and cancellations
* Ensure unaccompanied kids and guests with disabilities have a smooth experience
* Board flights and complete arrival and departure tasks
Requirements
* Be at least 18 years old
* Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
* Have had at least 3 years of previous employment in roles that focus on customer care
* Be happy working in a fast-paced environment
* Have reliable transportation to and from the airport
