**Your new company**
A global Medical Devices company based in Macquarie Park is seeking an experienced CRA to join their collaborative team, initially on a 12 month contract but there is potential for conversion to permanent. Based out of state of the art offices in Macquarie Park, you will be working on a cutting edge medical device trial with a focus on the Australian and New Zealand operations. This organisation is committed to developing solutions to improve patient and clinical outcomes. The offices have Life Sciences professionals working across a multitude of vertical markets in delivering the company's commercial, clinical, medical and regulatory obligations. **Your new role**
This brand new role has become available to support with the conduct of an early feasibility study of a brand new medical device. This particular medical device will be used for a cardiovascular indication. You will act as a liaison between the study management team and project manager based in the US and the local assigned sites. This study will be conducted across 5 sites in Australia. You will be involved in study feasibility, study start up and monitoring of the trial. You will be responsible for managing the study sites and will also be trained across other trials in the organisations portfolio to enhance your exposure and professional development. You will be required to liaise with sites locally in Sydney and also travel interstate as per study requirements. You will sit within a lean and collaborative team with a great deal of visibility for study pipeline and study oversight.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be an experienced CRA who has gained independent monitoring experience across ANZ. You will have a passion for medical devices and ideally will have some exposure to medical device clinical research management, this is not essential. You will have experience working on a variety of sponsor led trials, across a multitude of therapeutic areas and study phases. You will have excellent communication skills, a team based mentality and the willingness to partner across a wider organisation in the interest of delivering success. You will have great interpersonal skills, a passion for the life sciences and the impact of clinical research on patient care.
