 
        
        Job Title: Payroll Officer
This role is a key member of our payroll team, responsible for the efficient management and processing of employee payroll.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Officer to join our Northmead office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely monthly & fortnightly payroll for up to 3000+ employees.
The position involves full end-to-end payroll processing for various states, resolving payroll-related payment queries, interpretation of Awards, EBA's employment contracts for relevant state, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Process transactions in relation to superannuation & deductions accurately and on time.
 * Set up and maintain all payroll records for new starters, employee changes and terminations.
 * Manage and allocate external mailbox emails across the team.
 * Audit compliance & governance in relation to payroll payments & adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Australian payroll knowledge & experience within a high-volume environment (2500+ employees).
 * Experience with SAP Payroll systems is essential (Success Factors and Kronos experience preferred but not essential).
 * Strong administration ability, attention to detail, and time management.
 * Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
