To learn more please visit www.serco.com/ahsc About The Role As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing quality clinical care to patients.
You will develop and maintain patient care plans, liaise with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide co-ordinated patient management, provide assessment of patients and co-ordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments.
This role involves a high level of administrative work, so while experience in settings like a Primary Medical Centre, GP Clinic, or Outpatient Department is beneficial, it’s not essential.
We have vacancies available both on part time and full time basis.
To be successful in this role, you will have: The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour. Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Minimum of 12 months Post Graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting (or part-time equivalent). Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification. About Campbell Health Centre Campbell Health Centre is located in the coastal Perth suburb of Swanbourne.
The health centre provides general medical and daytime inpatient services, as well as dentistry, physiotherapy psychology, and pharmacy.
Its standard operating hours are 0730-1530, Monday-Friday. About You You are a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who is committed to providing the highest quality healthcare.
