Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and advising on dealer agreements within the automotive industry
* Negotiating and drafting IP licenses and handling assignments
* Working on IT and tech agreements, including SaaS agreements and drafting terms and conditions for marketplace platforms
* Handling distribution agreements, supply agreements, and trading terms
