Tasked with driving strategic decision-making through data, this role focuses on enhancing the employee experience and supporting business objectives. The analyst will work closely with HR and leadership teams, ensuring data accuracy and delivering valuable insights for talent and workforce management.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
* Collect and analyze workforce data for strategic insights.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity.
