Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will have the rewarding opportunity to support individuals with disabilities to live independently and pursue their interests.
Your role will involve providing person-centred support across home and community settings, assisting with daily living activities, sharing your interests and hobbies, and supporting social inclusion and community participation.
