Job Description 
HOBAN Recruitment is seeking experienced EL1 Project Managers to join a high-performing government agency team in Newcastle NSW. EL1 Project Manager - Consultation (Newcastle NSW) EL1 Project Manager (Newcastle NSW) Both positions are responsible for managing sensitive and strategic projects, engaging with key stakeholders, and delivering outcomes that support national reform initiatives.

You You will bring: Proven experience managing complex projects in a government or public sector setting
Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, including with unions and senior executives High-level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare briefs and reports Critical thinking and decision-making capabilities in dynamic environments
Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project risks effectively Experience leading teams and contributing to strategic planning For the Consultation role specifically, you will also have:
