About the job General Practitioner, MM4 & DPAWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Practitioner to join a committed primary healthcare team on a full‐time basis. This position is open to candidates who hold a specialist overseas qualification recognised by the RACGP or ACRRM. As a General Practitioner in Kingaroy you will be responsible for providing high‐quality primary healthcare services to our patients. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and holistic care to our diverse patient population. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct consultations and physical examinations to diagnose and treat patients Prescribe medications and provide appropriate medical advice Order and interpret diagnostic tests Develop and implement treatment plans for patients Refer patients to specialists when necessary Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date medical records Participate in team meetings and case discussions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care Stay updated on the latest medical developments and guidelines Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and promote healthy lifestyle choices Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice RequirementsMedical degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 2 years post‐qualification experience Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or the ability to gain it Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong diagnostic and problem‐solving skills Compassionate and patient‐centred approach to healthcare Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning Adaptability to a fast‐paced and dynamic work environment On offer is a competitive remuneration package and a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
