Join Everyday Independence as an Occupational Therapist across both Rockingham and Joondalup. This role offers flexible working options in full‐time, part‐time (4 days per week) or a 9‐day fortnight. Salary ranges from $82,106 to $110,143 per annum, plus annual leave loading, superannuation, and vehicle options. Additional benefits include vehicle, mobile, laptop, and potential salary boosts up to $10,000. Relocation is reimbursed up to $5,000.

About the Role
Occupational Therapists provide life‐changing therapy to NDIS participants across diverse settings – homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres. You will develop evidence‐based treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, attend weekly hub meetings, and tap into the support of a Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.
Responsibilities
* Work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
* Use evidence‐based measurement tools to create therapy plans and provide life‐changing occupational therapy supporting participants in achieving goals and maximising NDIS funding.
* Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
* Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
* Attend weekly team meetings in the hub to share stories of impact.
* Tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* General AHPRA Registration.
* Positive and flexible approach to work.
* Strong communication skills and a team player.
* Commitment to personal and professional development.
* Valid driver's licence.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check.
* Working with Children Check.
* Experience working in NDIS/disability preferred but not essential.
