* Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2: $116,639.98 - $120,469.88 per annum
* Occupational Therapist Level 3: $116,892.00 - $120,680.00 per annum
* Social Worker Level 3: $116,892.00 - $120,680.00 per annum
* Clinical Psychologist: $113,617.00 - $138,482.00 per annum
* Senior Psychologist: $123,974.00 - $134,338.00 per annum
In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Role Purpose and Responsibilities
This is a senior, clinician-lead role within the Early Intervention Psychosis (EIP) Team. You will:
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care coordination and specialist clinical interventions.
* Ensure care is responsive, strengths-based, and aligned with best practice.
* Work across hospital in-reach, community clinics, and home visits with consumers with complex presentations.
* Contribute to service development, clinical evaluation, and workforce capability.
* Influence service quality and consumer outcomes within a supportive, progressive team environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced mental health clinician who is passionate about early intervention, recovery-focused practice, and clinical leadership. You will bring:
* Strong assessment and case management skills; ability to engage effectively with consumers and families from diverse backgrounds.
* Experience providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to support staff development and high standards of clinical care.
* A collaborative approach and sound clinical judgement for multidisciplinary decision-making, service improvement, and education/training activities.
* Motivation, confidence, and a commitment to evidence-based practice, with an interest in shaping positive consumer outcomes and staff growth.
* A full-time commitment suitable to clinical challenge and leadership development within a supportive team culture.
Selection Criteria
* Relevant qualification/registration in one of the disciplines listed in the essential criteria (refer to the position description).
* Describe a time you provided clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary mental health team while managing your own clinical caseload.
* Provide an example of delivering recovery-oriented, person-centred care to consumers with complex mental health needs within a legislative framework.
* Do you have a current Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)? If you hold a C class license from a state other than NSW, you must obtain a NSW C class license within three months of appointment. Learner licenses are not permitted.
