What We're Looking For
* Experience supporting individuals with ASD and mental health challenges (essential)
* Understanding of trauma-informed practice and positive behaviour support
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting, professional relationships
* Reliability, empathy, and a calm approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and sleepovers
Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid driver's licence
* Relevant qualifications in Disability, Mental Health or Community Services (preferred)
