To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen
* Relevant commercial cookery qualifications (Cert III or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food presentation, and food safety standards
* A positive, team-first attitude and a strong work ethic
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts
* Full Australian working rights (essential)
