Ensure the right team members are in place to meet business needs.Training & Development: Attend all required training and support the senior management team in developing team members.Positive Workplace Culture: Foster a respectful and engaging culture, acknowledging good performance and supporting recognition programs.Sales & Profitability: Assist in managing costs, including rosters and operational expenses, while minimizing shrinkage and waste.Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to Workplace Health and Safety and food safety protocols.Restaurant Maintenance: Assist with maintenance issues and report faults to the senior management team.Team Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and treating all team members with respect.Local Marketing: Support Delivery and Catering sales in line with company guidelines.Customer Service: Respond to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and services.Store and Storage: Examine returned goods and decide on appropriate action, taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock.Qualifications and Education:Competence must be achieved in both Front and Back of House duties.Have a Diploma in Hospitality Management.Have at least 1 year of work experience in a related field.Willingness to undertake and complete all training required for the role.Current First Aid certification – Apply First Aid.If you’re excited to lead a team that makes a difference and delivers excellence every day, The Rooster’s Calling You!Apply Today!Location: KalgoorlieContact: redroosterkalgoorlie@gmail.comJoin us at Red Rooster and make a difference in our customers' lives while having fun along the way!
