Bluefin Resources are working exclusively with a growing tech firm who are looking to secure a high calibre hands-on Tech Lead to lead a team of 5 Engineers.
The role:
Take charge of a cross-functional team in an Agile setting
Take responsibility for the entire software development process, from start to finish
Make sure that the technical aspects of the software are of high quality and that the business goals are met on time
Assist the team in writing clean and refined code
Lead the development of the team by writing and reviewing code
Successfully deliver software that meets the needs of our customers
Ensure that knowledge and system processes are effectively documented and communicated
About you:
Demonstrate a solid understanding of software engineering principles and practices, including design patterns, continuous integration and security
Strong experience with event-driven microservice architecture
Exhibit strong analytical and programming skills
Extensive experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS
