Requirements: QBCC Site Supervisor license ( Preferred ) 5 - 10 years experience working as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor Builder or Developer ( Required ) Exposure managing New Build Commercial Construction Projects from $20m ( Required ) Trade qualified ( Preferred ) Understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
