We are seeking a
highly experienced Fabricator / Boilermaker
to join our production team.
This is not an entry-level role
.

5+ years' experience
as a trade-qualified Fabricator / Boilermaker (Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade minimum).
Expert MIG welding skills
with the ability to produce precision welds.
Expert-level TIG welding skills required for precision fabrication work.
Ability to read and interpret detailed fabrication drawings
and produce precision mechanical assemblies.
Must be an Australian Citizen
local to Brisbane.
Applicants without these core skills and experience will not be considered.

What You'll Be Doing
Fabricating and assembling mechanical and structural components from technical drawings.
Performing high-quality MIG and TIG welding across mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
Cutting, bending, machining, grinding, polishing, and preparing components to tight tolerances.
Collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot fit-up or design issues.
Assembling systems that integrate robotic welding, CNC, and automation components.
Setting up jobs efficiently, maintaining tools, jigs, and workspaces.
Conducting quality assurance checks, testing assemblies, and supporting system commissioning.
Mentoring apprentices and junior team members, demonstrating safe, effective, and precise fabrication techniques.
Supporting workshop organisation, stock management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Following all safety and compliance procedures.
