We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead and coordinate various business activities at our Bundaberg, Queensland site. In this full-time role, you will manage a large team, production operations, ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, and promote inclusive sustainable employment outcomes for all employees.
This role will oversee the day-to-day in Food Production and Packaging Solutions, and other business solutions. You will be the lead supervisor of this production site and can build and maintain inclusive workplace culture. Ideal background in production food sites is highly regarded with understanding on various safety requirements.
Key responsibilities
* Financial management skills including general finance and budgeting, understanding reports and cash-flow management.
* Experience within the commercial operations predominantly in Packaging and processing Food products.
* Interpersonal and communication skills required to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders and deal with issues of a sensitive nature

You will bring a strong track record of managing large-scale operations, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Your ability to coach and develop teams, combined with your commitment to achieving both operational and employment outcomes, will ensure the Bundaberg site thrives.
You will also have
* Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a large team and bring the team together and maintain workplace culture.
* Prior experience and background in Food Production work sites or Packaging would be preferred, but not essential.
* Financial and business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and ensure financial sustainability.
* Industry Knowledge with experience in commercial operations (e.g., packaging, manufacturing, recycling).
* Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Driver's License.
