About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Beaudesert branch. This role is a key part of our team, responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships and supporting the success of our machinery operations.
You will:
* Actively pursue new business opportunities whilst maintaining the current customer base
* Maintain focus on company profit margins
* Work closely with the branch team to achieve sales targets and branch goals
* Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support
* Develop knowledge of financing options to assist customers
* Attend applicable sales training events/seminars
* Develop and keep informed on competitor activity within the region
You will bring the following skills and be able to meet the requirements of the role by:
* Previous experience in agricultural equipment sales
* Strong understanding of agricultural machinery and farming operations
* Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
* Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite, CRM & sales software systems
* Professional presentation
The role would suit a candidate who has a genuine interest in our products and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
