The Accounts Receivable Officer role supports the financial operations of both campuses, commencing early May.
This role requires expertise, organisational skills, and attention to detail to ensure smooth financial operations, overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable and debtor management processes.
You will handle invoicing, billing, and payment processing, maintaining accurate records for student accounts. You'll also work with external agencies to manage debt collections and ensure timely resolution of payment issues, supporting the broader finance team with monthly reporting and financial analysis.
The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and reconciliation skills, with proven experience in accounts receivable management, ideally within the education sector.
A proactive, customer-focused approach will set you up for success in this fast-paced and dynamic role.

Required qualifications and skills include:
* Relevant qualifications or industry experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
* Proven experience in high-volume accounts receivable or debtor management, ideally in the education sector

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with financial spreadsheets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
