MacKellar is proud to be the mining services contractor for Bravus' Carmichael Mine, creating jobs and opportunities across regional Queensland. With production in full swing at our Galilee Basin site, we are expanding our team and looking for experienced operators to join us.
Our primary recruitment hubs are Townsville and Rockhampton, with flights also available from Cairns. We welcome and encourage applications from all regional Queensland communities.

Your New Role
* Operate large haul trucks safely and efficiently.
* Conduct pre-start checks, maintenance routines, and operational inspections.
* Follow all site procedures and safety requirements at all times.
* Work as part of a team to achieve production targets.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
What You'll Need
* Minimum 12 months' experience operating large haul trucks in a mining environment.
* RII competencies (or verified training transcript within the past 5 years).
* Current Standard 11 and driver's licence.
* Strong commitment to safety.
* Team-focused attitude and flexibility.
* Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
