Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end management of a diversified campaign portfolio, ensuring accurate setup, smooth delivery, and maximizing delivery outcomes and revenue potential through proactive daily monitoring and troubleshooting.
* Provide essential support and quality assurance for our offshore campaign management teams, clarifying processes and acting as the first level of technical troubleshooting.
* Act as a superb communicator, collaborating closely with Sales, Ad Tech, Ad Product, and Client Project Management teams to resolve challenges quickly and ensure campaign execution aligns perfectly with client goals and platform best practices.
* Champion operational excellence by actively contributing to strategic projects, enhancing workflows, optimizing reporting, and driving process improvements across the broader advertising operations function.
