As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for passionate Support Workers to join our expanding team across the Ballina, Tweed Heads, Lennox Head, Skennars Head, Goonellabah, Alstonville, and Lismore regions.

What a Day Can Look Like
Start the day with personal care and medication support for a client. Next, assist another with domestic tasks like vacuuming, mopping, or preparing a meal. In the afternoon, head out grocery shopping with a client—sharing stories and helping them stay independent. No two days are the same, but each one is meaningful.
Qualifications
* Passion for helping others
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or working towards it
* Driver's licence, reliable vehicle, First Aid/CPR, WWCC
* Confidence using smartphones/tablets
What We Offer
* $32.74 – $33.81/hr + 12% super
* $0.99/km travel allowance + mobile allowance
* Salary packaging up to $15,900
