Used Car Sales Manager | Macgregor Volkswagen
A rare New opportunity is available at our Brand New MacGregor Volkswagen dealership for an experienced Used Sales Manager.
With extensive management experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer-service that aligns with the brand, you will drive the success of our Used Car department.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Used Vehicle Sales team
Oversee retail used car sales inventory
Innovate sales advertising and lead management initiatives
Build and maintain effective customer relationships ensuring that all staff follow up both prospective and current customers
Review, report and evaluate the activities of the sales staff according to objectives, KPIs and overall sales strategies using salesforce dashboard tools and general observations.
Regular review of dealership advertising to ensure stock presents well online, is described factually and in the most optimized way
Set the tone and standard for all sales communications (written and verbal), ensuring the team provide friendly, helpful, honest, accurate customer service and advice at all times.
Ensure all customer complaints are effectively managed with care and consideration and escalated to the Dealer Principal where appropriate
Build and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with relevant department managers including service, parts, finance and administration
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager
Experience in building sales and achieving targets
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills/deal-closer
Process driven with exceptional organizational skills
Self-motivated and results driven
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering premium customer service
Genuine interest and ability to develop, coach and mentor a high-performing team that can deliver outstanding levels of customer service aligned to our brand
Pentana experience is preferred but not a necessity
A current salespersons license is required
