The Role:As a Property Manager, you will be involved in the servicing of a well-managed portfolio of local properties. With plenty of support, this is an exciting opportunity to join a department with a five-star reputation and an award-winning team. You will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
* Handling maintenance and repair requests promptly and efficiently
* Liaising with contractors and tradespeople to ensure properties are well-maintained
* Areers Control
* Attending Tribunal hearings as required
* Handling tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and rental negotiations
The Requirements:
* Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio
* A current Certificate of Registration
* A reliable car and a valid driver's license
* Great communication both written and verbal
* A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
