The National People Experience team seeks a senior leader to guide strategy across the employee lifecycle. This trusted advisor will design key people programs to build a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven track record in senior leadership within complex environments.
* Significant experience in HR Generalist field.
* Demonstrated success influencing and advising at C-Suite level.
* Understanding of talent, leadership, and EVP strategies.
* Strong capability in organisational design, cultural transformation, and change leadership.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Lead cultural and operational transformation to unlock workforce potential.
* Champion culture, capability, and change to ensure employee growth.
* Develop P&C Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver impactful programs.
* Advise senior leaders on multi-year strategies to enhance performance and engagement.
* Develop an employee experience strategy to enhance satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
* Ensure recruitment practice compliance with contractual requirements.
* Implement EVP strategy for attraction and digital recruiting tools.
