In your new role, you will be a key team member supporting the SAP S/4Hana project. You will partner with the business to ensure development, effective operation and end user support for business critical systems in direct support of the Kubota Supply Chain (including wholegoods and parts). This opportunity is being offered on a 2 year FT contract.
Responsibilities
* Partner and collaborate with identified business stakeholders to understand issues and opportunities, collect and define requirements and recommend fit for purpose EIT solutions. Activity includes business analysis and diagnosis activity, technical interpretation, communication and a broad range of user support and reporting
* Take a lead role in relation to systems and business analysis support for major or cross-functional projects or update/upgrades
* Coach/provide support to/partner with the business to ensure the development and maintenance of appropriate and actionable documentation, such as but not limited to; business cases, requirements specifications, testing, governance
* Produce a range of analysis and documentation to support technical development and change and support business systems and related procedures
* Develop test plans, lead and facilitate user acceptance testing
* Provide input to the design and maintenance of user security controls within key applications
* Undertake liaison with and where required work with third party suppliers/vendors/contractors on specified deliverables
* May manage development projects and support needs to agreed specifications, priorities and deadlines
* Act as a point of escalation for Service Desk support and user support for key business applications
* Assist in the new development and maintenance of change management practice for the adaptation of new/changed system and business processes
* Provide or facilitate training and mentor team members
* Undertake a range of tasks or functions on a project basis or as required across the EIT function
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in IT (mandatory)
* Business/systems analysis certification/formal training (preferred)
* Significant experience in a similar business partnering role with a business analysis focus inclusive of Business/System Analysis and requirements gathering (including quality documentation preparation and communication)
* Significant experience with SAP WM (including Third Part Logistics Integration and Wave Picking experience), MM and SD experience. Experience gained within major implementation/s
* SAP ECC and S4 functional focus within the WM and MM modules
* Solid applied understanding in SD and VELO/IS Auto
* Demonstrated strong generalist technical IT knowledge and skill including problem solving/trouble shooting skills
* Well developed understanding of Supply Chains in practice
* Proven ability to partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* Well developed communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
* Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills
* Successful experience in relevant aspects of project management, particularly requirements and documentation
* Experience in training/coaching others
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Pragmatic approach, including seeking standard or existing solutions before undertaking new development
