Job Summary:

The Assistant Director, Digital Delivery Branch, plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the CabNet+ system across Government. This position is responsible for facilitating new agency on-boarding requests, managing production support to ensure SLOs and other requirements are met during business hours, and coordinating out-of-hours support rosters.
Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate new agency on-boarding requests

* Manage production support to ensure SLOs and other requirements are met during business hours

* Coordinate out-of-hours support rosters

* Monitor, analyze, and coordinate rectification of key technical and personnel performance metrics

* Coordinate stakeholder communications and acceptance to facilitate internal or externally required outages to the system

* Track and renew utilized licenses and subscriptions

* Manage and coordinate new procurements of licenses, subscriptions, labor hire contractors, and other required items
">
* Day-to-day management of team budgets, including facilitation, payment, and recording of incoming invoices
">
* Validate, approve, and pay labor hire contractor timesheets
">
* Provide support and redundancy to the Delivery Manager and Business Analysts
">
* Develop and maintain documentation and procedures required for day-to-day operation
">
* Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder engagement and professional relationship management skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing technical teams in complex digital environments is highly desirable.
